What does the workspace include?
Account management, order sync, and performance tracking, plus team status, assignments, video reviews, attendance, payroll, and daily reports at 4 PM Beijing time. Track account and equipment costs, profit, and partner settlements alongside your operations.
How many TikTok accounts can I manage?
Spark includes 20 accounts, Starlight 100, Starship 300, and Galaxy 1,000. Add accounts or seats without changing plans. Contact us for larger teams.
Do I need to share my TikTok password?
No. Connect through TikTok's QR authorization flow. Star Captain does not receive or need your TikTok password for authorization. Passwords you choose to enter into the account inventory are encrypted, access-restricted, and logged when viewed.
Which markets and reporting dates are supported?
US, Mexico, and Brazil. Switch markets in the workspace to see local currencies. Orders and profit use the US reporting date. The previous day's report is scheduled for 4 PM Beijing time after order collection.
How much does Star Captain cost?
Spark starts at ¥0 with no card required. Starlight is ¥99/month, Starship ¥599/month, and Galaxy ¥1,999/month. Annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 months. All plans are billed in CNY; see the pricing page for details.
