Start with period totals, then inspect each order: account, product, store, GMV, platform commission, traffic source, and refund status.

Why don't my numbers match TikTok?
Check reporting dates first. Star Captain uses US dates, which change around 4 PM Beijing time. Sync can lag by a few minutes; final refund status comes from the platform.
How is staff performance calculated?
Orders are grouped by account owner. When ownership changes, results use the new owner. Staff do not need to report totals manually.
