How do I access Star Captain on desktop and mobile?
Open the website and log in on desktop. Mobile visitors can use the mobile experience at xingduizhang.com. Available features vary by interface.
Is Star Captain an official TikTok product?
No. Star Captain is an independent product. References to TikTok describe the workflows it supports and do not imply endorsement.
How often does data update?
Orders sync as TikTok returns data. Views and videos refresh automatically each day and can be refreshed manually. Missing data is labeled rather than treated as zero.
Can every member see all data?
No. Access depends on organization, role, and management scope. Profit and costs are restricted to the owner by default.
